-2-ARTICLE I DURATION
THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective July 1, 2010 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2011.
Unless otherwise modified and/or amended by the provisions of this Agreement, all of the remaining provisions of the Agreement between the parties effective July 1, 2007 and remaining in effect until June 30, 2010 are hereby ratified and affirmed by the parties hereto and shall be considered as part of this Agreement to be effective until June 30, 2011.
ARTICLE II
AMENDED PROVISIONS
(References are to the Article Number and Subsections in the July 1, 2007 agreement.)
Article III:
A-1. Effective July 1, 2010, each employee employed on June 30, 2010, shall receive an increase of 3.5% added to his/her existing salary. All employees hired after June 30, 2010 shall receive the following starting rates:

Grounds Keeper | $26,794.00 |
Firemen | $28,573.00 |
Engineers | $33,278.00 |
A-5. The rates for the 2010-11 school year shall be $57.00 per day for no more than 185 days.
